Habitación disponible para mujer desde el 1 de diciembre en hermosa y amplia casa en las condes a minutos de metro hernando de magallanes. Ambiente muy fraternal y respuetuoso, con personas chilenas y extranjeras.

Offering 1 room available in a house in Las Condes avalaible since Dec 1st, It is in a very good and safe neighborhood and it takes only 8 minutes to get to the SUBWAY Hernando de Magallanes, preferably for foreign student, intern or worker.
From there you can get everywhere including the city centre. Normally we have high demand for rooms, it is possible to schedule a video call and if you want to reserve a room in advance.
Other roomies are students and workers from Germany, Spain and Chile.
The house has six rooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, big living room and a big backyard, terrace and grill, WIFI , TV in the living (with Netflix, Disney, Star+, Prime Video and Youtube Premium) and washing is included.
Currently living at home roomies from diferent countries. All rooms are furnished and ready to receive guests.
Very pleasant environment, young people between 22 and 30 years of university, professionals and foreigners.
